In compliance with the Ohio Revised Code, §5715.17, notice is hereby given that the real estate valuations and assessments in Lucas County for the current year have been revised and are completed. They are open for public inspection in the Lucas County Auditor’s office. Complaints against any valuation and assessment will be heard by the Lucas County Board of Revision, except for valuations fixed and assessments made by the Department of Taxation. Complaints against the valuation of any property may be filed with the Board of Revision of the Lucas County Auditor’s office between January 1, 2026 and March 31, 2026.
