the Ten Mill Limitation

Proposed Tax Levy (Additional)
Notice is hereby given that in pursuance of
a Resolution of the Board of Trustees of the Township of
Waterville, Ohio, passed on the 31st day of July, 2025, there will
be submitted to a vote of the people at the GENERAL ELECTION to be
held at the regular places of voting on Tuesday, the 4th day of
November, 2025, the question of levying a tax, in excess of the ten
mill limitation for the benefit of Waterville Township for the
purpose of current expenses including police protection services.
Tax being an additional tax of 3.5 mills at a rate not exceeding
3.5 mills for each $1 of taxable value, which amounts to $123 for
each $100,000 of the county auditor’s appraised value, for
continuing period of time, commencing in 2025, first due in
calendar year 2026.
 The estimated annual collections of this levy is $398,759.
 The polls for the election will be open at 6:30 a.m. and
remain open until 7:30 p.m. on Election Day.
