Notice is hereby given that in pursuance of
a Resolution of the Council of the Village of Ottawa Hills, Ohio,
passed on the 9th day of June, 2025, there will be submitted to a
vote of the people at the GENERAL ELECTION to be held at the
regular places of voting on Tuesday, the 4th day of November, 2025,
the question of levying a tax on income, for the benefit of the
Village of Ottawa Hills for the purpose of capital improvements,
maintenance, and general operations. Tax being an additional 0.5
percent levy increase on income in excess of the current 1.5
percent levy on income for a new municipal tax rate of 2.0 percent
levy on income, to be effective the 1st day of January, 2026.
The polls for the election will be open at 6:30 a.m. and remain open until 7:30 p.m. on Election Day.
