 PURSUANT TO SECTION 1284.03 OF THE NORTHWOOD CODIFIED
ORDINACE, THE ABOVE LOCATION WAS INSPECTED BY THE PLANNING AND
ZONING COORDINATOR AND WAS FOUND TO BE A PUBLIC NUISANCE.
 XX (a) By reason of being a nuisance to the general health
of the community.
 _ __(b) By reason of being a fire hazard.
 XX (c) By reason of being unsafe for occupancy, or use on,
in, upon, about or around the premises.
 XX (d) By reason of being a nuisance because of long
continued vacancy, lack of reasonable or adequate maintenance of
structure and/or premises adjacent thereto, depreciating the
enjoyment and use of property in the immediate vicinity to such an
extent that it is harmful to the community in which such structure
is situated.
 
YOU ARE HEREBY ORDERED TO ABATE SUCH NUISANCE
BY NOVEMBER 30, 2025 BY DEMOLISHING THE HOME.
 Failure to abate this nuisance by 
NOVEMBER 30, 2025 may result in the
City of Northwood entering upon your land and abating the nuisance.
All costs associated with the abatement by the City of Northwood
will be assessed to the owner of the real property, and may be
assessed as a lien against the real property. Chapter 1284.04
Abatement of Nuisances further outlines and clarifies the
responsibilities of the owner of the aforementioned property. You
have 24 hours from receipt of this notice to file an in person
written appeal to the Board of Zoning Appeals with a cash bond of
$500 included with the application.
 As per Chapter 1284.99, in addition to any abatement costs
accrued by the city you shall be fined $25 per day until the
nuisance has been abated.
