A bidder’s bond, certified or cashier’s check on a solvent bank, payable to the City of Oregon in the amount of $500.00 as a guarantee that if the proposal is accepted a contract will be entered into, is to accompany the bid.
All bids must be made on the proposal form, which, with specifications, etc., may be obtained upon application at the Office of the Director of Public Service.
