NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE
ON JUDGMENT OF DELINQUENT TAXES
By virtue of an order of sale issued by the Lucas County Court of Common Pleas, Ohio, in certain delinquent tax foreclosure cases for either taxes, penalties, interest, costs and other charges incurred in the proceedings or the auditor’s recorded fair market value plus costs depending on the order of the court; the following parcels will be offered for sale at public auction at the door of the Court House in Toledo, Lucas County, Ohio on J anuary 8, 2025 at 10:00 am. If the described lands and tenements do not receive a sufficient bid, unless it is abandoned land, it will be offered for sale under the same terms and conditions of the first sale at the same place on January 22, 2025 at 10:00 am.
