NOTICE TO BIDDERS
Sealed bids for labor and materials for the
planting of approximately 500 trees in Maumee will be received by
the Tree Specialist of the City of Maumee, Ohio at 400 Conant
Street, Maumee, Ohio 43537-3379, September 19, 2025 at 10AM and at
that time and place will be publicly opened and read aloud.
All bids must be signed and submitted on copies or originals of the blanks in the contract documents. Bids must state the prices in the blanks provided and be enclosed in a sealed envelope marked: City of Maumee – 2025 Fall Tree Planting, and addressed to City of Maumee, Attn. William Buri, 400 Conant Street, Maumee, Ohio 43537.
Attention of bidders is called to all requirements contained in this bid packet, particularly to the Prevailing Wages, various insurance requirements.
Bids received after the scheduled bid opening date and time will be neither be read nor considered.
The City of Maumee reserves the right to reject all bids and to waive any irregularity in any bid to determine the best bidder.
Electronic copies of the bid package will be made available, free of charge, to interested parties who contact the City of Maumee at buri-bill@maumee.org providing the nome of the requestor, the name of the bidding company, and their contact information.
