Notice is hereby given that certain real estate owned by the Board of Education of the City School District of the City of Toledo, Lucas County, Ohio consisting of approximately 4.65 acres of land and 97,970 square feet of gross building area located at 424 E Manhattan Blvd, Toledo, Ohio 43608 (assigned tax parcel no. 12-12597) will be offered for sale at public auction to be held on October 13, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. local time. Bidders must sign in and show a valid I.D. Such property shall be sold “AS IS” to the highest bidder at such sale, provided, however, no bid shall be accepted for less than the sum of Six Hundred Eighty Thousand Dollars ($680,000). The successful bidder must make an immediate deposit of 10% of the bid amount and enter into a purchase contract in the form prescribed by the seller.
