NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS
Perrysburg Energy Solutions (PES) invites contractors to submit qualifications and expressions of interest for the Glass City River Wall Mural Lighting Project in Toledo, Ohio. The project includes LED lighting, solar PV generation, battery/inverter systems, and related civil site work.
This project is governed by the City of Toledo and Lucas County Project Labor Agreement. All labor must be union and reported under certified payroll requirements. Contractor selection will be based on qualifications, value engineering, and price, as determined by the General Contractor (PES).
Submittals are due by Sept. 25, 2025, 12:00 p.m. EDT by email. Contact: Scott Thompson
