Ohio 43604-2247 until 2:00 P.M. (local time), October 24, 2025 and
opened immediately thereafter for #2173- Employee Assistance
Program (EAP) Provider for the Lucas County Employee Benefits
Department, according to specifications available for examination,
or download the proposal by going to the site,

each person submitting the proposal and the name of every person or
company interested in same.
