NOTICE TO BIDDERS
Electronic bids for Metroparks Toledo Portable Toilet Rentals and Services will be received until Monday, October 6, 2025 at 1:00pm local time, at which time all bids will be publically opened/shared through the PlanetBids website.
THE SCOPE OF WORK consists of furnishing and servicing portable toilet units in local Metroparks throughout Lucas County. The awarded bid will hold a 24-month period (November 1, 2025, through November 1, 2027) contract with fixed pricing.
In accordance with R.C. 307.87, this notice is available on, and Bidders may obtain contract Documents and additional information at, www.metroparkstoledo.com/bids by following the Current Opportunities link.
Bidders not registered on the PlanetBids Metroparks Toledo Vendor Portal must first create a free Vendor Profile by clicking New Vendor Registration. For additional guidance regarding electronic Bidding, bidders can click the Help Center (Headset icon in the upper right of the Vendor Portal) to review the frequently asked questions, get the PlanetBids contact information, or open a support ticket with PlanetBids.
SUBMISSION: Bids for this Project will be accepted via e-bid only through the Metroparks’ PlanetBids portal. Each bidder shall be responsible for submitting its electronic bid before the bid deadline. All paper bids will be rejected unless, in its sole discretion, the Metroparks determines good causes exists to accept the paper bid, and the bid is submitted before the bid deadline.
No bidder may withdraw its bid within thirty (30) days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
THE BOARD OF PARK COMMISSIONERS OF THE METROPOLITAN PARK DISTRICT OF THE TOLEDO AREA reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to waive any informality in bidding.
