Competitive Bids will be received at the
office of the Treasurer, Room 102 at Washington Local Schools, 3505
W Lincolnshire Blvd, Toledo, OH 43606, until 2:00 p.m. on Thursday,
October 23, 2025, based upon Contract Documents prepared by The
Collaborative for WLS Operations Building. Questions and requests
for contract documents can be emailed to Joe Adams,
jadams@tc.design, or by calling 419.242.7405. The school district
reserves the right to waive irregularities in proposals, to reject
any or all proposals, and to conduct such investigation as
necessary to determine the proposer’s responsibility. This
