Legal Notice to Bidders
Sealed Requests for Proposals (R.F.P.) for a 1 and/or 2 year
Fleet Maintenance Contract (January 1, 2026 through December 31,
2026 and January 1, 2027 through December 31, 2027) for the Oregon
Police Division will be received at the Office of the Chief of
Police, 5330 Seaman Road, Oregon, Ohio 43616, until 10:00 a.m. on
Monday, October 20, 2025 and immediately thereafter publicly opened
and read aloud for furnishing the Oregon Police Division a fleet
service maintenance agreement for all police vehicles (marked and
unmarked).
Bid Specifications can be obtained at the Oregon Police
Division with exact service desired. Bids must be submitted on the
forms furnished by the City of Oregon Police Division.
