The Notice states that the State Medical Board of Ohio proposed to approve your application for restoration of your license to practice massage therapy in Ohio provided you take and pass the Massage and Bodywork Licensing Examination (MBLEx) administered by the Federation of State Massage Therapy Boards.
Ms. Reid is entitled to a hearing in this matter if such hearing is requested within thirty (30) days of the publication of this notice.
