Electronic proposals for the furnishing of the materials, labor, equipment and necessary services to construct UV Disinfection System Improvements at the Water Resource Recovery Facility, Lucas County, Ohio will be received by Lucas County, Ohio, at the office of the Board of County Commissioners, One Government Center, Suite 800, Toledo, Ohio 43604, until Thursday, November 13, 2025 at 2:00 p.m., local time and at that time and place will be publicly opened.

The proposed work consists of furnishing and installing all required components comprising construction of an Ultraviolet Disinfection Facility including a concrete masonry building, excavation, underground utility relocation, installation of UV disinfection equipment, instrumentation, piping, valves, air handling, electrical and other necessary appurtenances and related ancillary equipment as indicated on the project drawings as necessary for proper and complete performance.
