We are honored to pay tribute to John A.
Billis, our beloved husband, father, grand father, and brother
who was a pillar of strength for our family. One of the qualities
that defined John was his love for family and many community
contributions as a Police Officer, and City Councilman. Although
it is difficult to see beyond the heartache and sorrow, love
leaves a memory we will treasure forever. We love and miss you
more everyday.
