School Expansion at 4757 Monroe St. amend; Gas Station at
5305 & 5321 Monroe St. & 4700 Nantucket Dr; Zone
Change; “CO” Office Commercial to
“RD6” Duplex Residential at 1839 Tremainsville Rd;
Vacation; alley adjacent to Lots 17 & 18 Clifton Park;
Text Amendments; Modifying Use Table, adding Special use
Requirement for Storage Units; Remove Major Site Plan
requirement for Density Bonuses, replace with
Administrative Review; Study of Legacy Zone Changes; Study of
Vistula Neighborhood zoning.
