The Lucas County Sheriff’s Office announces the destruction or disposal of property left unclaimed/abandoned/forfeited on May 1, 2026. The property consists of: firearms, ammo, knives, tools, clothing, computers & accessories, paperwork, currency/coins, tobacco, controlled substances, medications, drug paraphernalia, baggies, misc. electronics, cell phones & accessories, air soft gun, credit/debit/misc. cards, biological materials and misc. household items.
Citizens wishing to establish rights over said property, or lay claim to said property, prior to the destruction/donation/disposal on May 1, 2026 can contact the Sheriff’s Office at 419-213-4926 or email Det. Archer at CArcher@co.lucas.oh.us
