The estimated construction cost is $200,000 for base bid and $60,000.00 for alternate 1.

A mandatory pre-bid meeting and site visit will be conducted at 1:00 PM on Tuesday, April 28, 2026, at the Lucas County Emergency Medical Services Building located at 2144 Monroe Street, Toledo, Ohio 43604.
