BID PACKAGE #1 (Sitework, Paving, Selective Demo, Concrete, Masonry, Steel)
There will be a Pre-Bid Meeting at the project site on T uesday May 12, 2026 at 3:00p.m. with a walk through of the space immediately following.
All bids shall be submitted on the provided bid form and must be submitted in a sealed envelope. Hand delivered bids will be received on the due date beginning at 3:00p.m. at the project site (5605 Monroe St., Sylvania, OH 43560). Mailed or hand delivered bids prior to the bid date shall be received by Miller Diversified Construction (1656 Henthorne Drive, Maumee, OH 43537. Bids will be opened and read aloud beginning at 3:35p.m
All work associated with this bid package is subject to prevailing wage requirements for Lucas County, Ohio. Contractors will be required to submit certified payroll reports in accordance with applicable prevailing wage laws as required by the Ohio Revised Code.
