PLEASE TAKE NOTICE: On July 24, 2026, at 9:00 a.m., a trial for termination of parental rights will be held in the Probate Courtroom, Hillsdale County Courthouse, 29 N. Howell St., Hillsdale, Michigan, before either Honorable Michelle A. Bianchi, Probate Court Judge or Probate Referee Timothy Dixon, in respect to the father, Devin Ickes and the minor child Angel Ickes (born in Bryan, Ohio on October 21, 2024). On or about October 24, 2024, an original petition was filed in this Court for removal of the minor child, a 1st Amended petition was filed on or around November 19, 2026, a 2nd Amended petition was filed on or around November 22, 2024, and a 3rd Amended petition was filed on November 26, 2024. The law provides that you should be notified of this hearing. If you fail to appear for this hearing it will constitute a denial of interest in the minor, a waiver of notice for all subsequent hearings, a waiver of a right to appointment of an attorney and could result in termination of any parental rights.
