been filed in the Hillsdale County Circuit Court, Case No. 26- 219
CH.
This action has been commenced by the Plaintiff, C& P Quincy Investments, LLC, against Defendants Theron Dean Lickley Sr. and Brandy L. Barnett, to quiet title of the real estate after a property tax foreclosure sale. The Defendant, Brandy L. Barnett, must answer or take such other action permitted by law within 28 days after the last date of publication and/or posting. If Defendant does not answer or take such other action within the time required, judgment for the relief sought by the Plaintiff may be entered against her.
