PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT:
1.01 LEGAL NOTIFICATION:
A. The Allen-Clay Joint Fire District, Ottawa County, Ohio (hereinafter referred to as “Owner”), is soliciting statements of qualifications for design-build services in connection with the Joint Fire District Station 35 - Living Quarters Renovation (approximately 1,500 sq. ft interior expansion/renovation). Work on this project is intended to begin immediately with completion by end of year. The estimated budget for this project is $350,000.
B. Criteria Documents may be viewed at Allen-Clay Joint Fire District Station 35.
C. Firms interested in providing the services for the project may obtain the Design-Build Criteria Documents by emailing Becker Impressions at (https://www.beckerplanroom.com) These electronic format documents provide additional detail regarding the project including procedures, timeline and conditions of submitting and evaluating a statement of qualifications.
D. All requests and questions should be directed by email to the project Criteria Architect: William R. Steele R.A.(HIREarchi) @ (HIREarchi@gmail.com).
E. The deadline for submission of a statement of qualifications and preliminary proposal is on August 20, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. local time.
