STATEMENTS OF QUALIFICATIONS (SOQ) for “ Metroparks Toledo Glass City Riverwalk Festival Park Design-Build Project, 408 North Summit St., Toledo, OH 43604” will be received until Friday, August 7, 2026, at 1:00 PM Local Time at which time all SOQ proposals must be received via digital upload to the PlanetBids website.

THE SCOPE OF WORK consists of the design, oversight and implementation of a renovation of the Festival Park site, owned by the City of Toledo and leased to Toledo Science Center dba Imagination Station (“Imagination Station”). By mutual agreement, Metroparks Toledo is acting as the Project Owner in cooperation with these entities. Bidders may obtain the Request for Qualifications (“RFQ”) document and additional information by visiting www.metroparkstoledo.com/bids and following the Current Opportunities link.

THE BOARD OF PARK COMMISSIONERS OF THE METROPOLITAN PARK DISTRICT OF THE TOLEDO AREA reserves the right to waive any defect or technicality in any SOQ received or to eliminate any firm that submits an incomplete or inadequate SOQ or that is not responsive to the requirements of this RFQ.
