Electronic proposals for the furnishing of the materials, labor, equipment and necessary services to construct Water Supply Line No. 1698, Irwin Road, Spencer Township will be received by Lucas County, Ohio, at the office of the Board of County Commissioners, One Government Center, Suite 800, Toledo, Ohio 43604, until Thursday, August 20th, 2026 at 2:00 p.m., local time and at that time and place will be publicly opened.

The proposed work consists of the construction of approximately 4199 feet of 8” Ductile Iron Waterline, polyethylene wrapped (Standard Pressure Class 350) or PVC C-900 DR18 Waterline, 40 feet of 8” Waterline Directionally Drilled, 8” Main Lines Valves, Manholes, Hydrant Assemblies, Video Taping, connection to existing waterlines, storm sewer replacement, labor and equipment, and all other necessary appurtenances.

All BIDDERS should be aware that this project may be subject to the Lucas County Board of County Commissioner’s Responsible Contractor Policy and Prequalification Process and the Project Labor Agreement Policy.
