NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE ON JUDGMENT OF
DELINQUENT TAXES
By virtue of an Order of Sale issued by the
Lucas County Court of Common Pleas, Ohio, in certain delinquent tax
foreclosure cases for taxes, penalties, interest, costs, and other
charges incurred in the proceedings, or the auditor’s
recorded fair market value plus costs depending on the order of the
court, the following parcels will be offered for sale on the
website
RealAuction.com on September 10, 2026 at 10:00
a.m. If the described lands and tenements do not receive a
sufficient bid at the first sale, and unless the parcel has been
determined to be abandoned land, the parcel shall be offered for
sale under the same terms and conditions as the first sale, at the
same place, on September 24, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. Listed are the
permanent parcel number(s) of the respective parcel(s) of land in
each case, the Common Pleas case number and parties, the street
address of the parcel (intended for guidance only), and the amount
of the starting bid for the parcel(s). The complete legal

The lands designated by an asterisk(*) have been determined by the electing subdivision to be nonproductive land pursuant to law, and if at the foreclosure sale no bid is received for the minimum amount required by statute, such lands shall be sold, transferred, or forfeited to the electing subdivision.
