The Spencer Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing on Thursday, August 27, 2026, at 7:00P.M. in the Spencer Township Meeting Room at 630 N. Meilke Road Holland, Ohio 43528 to hear the following request:

A variance request for the placement of an accessory building between public right of way and principal building located at 76 Irwin Holland, Ohio 43528 submitted by property owner James Parker.
