STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS (SOQ) for “ Toledo Botanical Gardens Cochrane Memorial Sculpture” will be received until Tuesday, September 8, 2026, at 1:00 PM Local Time at which time all SOQ proposals must be received via email to Jessica.Hyde@metroparkstoledo.com. Qualification statements received after the specified due date and time will not be considered.
THE SCOPE OF WORK consists of the design and fabrication of a sculpture, including associated structural engineering, and the oversite of its installation. Offerors may obtain the Request for Qualifications (“RFQ”) document and additional information by visiting www.metroparkstoledo.com/bids and following the Current Opportunities link.
THE BOARD OF PARK COMMISSIONERS OF THE METROPOLITAN PARK DISTRICT OF THE TOLEDO AREA reserves the right to waive any defect or technicality in any SOQ received or to eliminate any firm that submits an incomplete or inadequate SOQ or that is not responsive to the requirements of this RFQ.
