The Spencer Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing on Thursday, September 24, 2026, at 7:00P.M. in the Spencer Township Meeting Room at 630 N. Meilke Road Holland, Ohio 43528 to hear the following request:

A continuance from the August 27, 2026, meeting. A variance request for placement of an accessory building between the public right of way and principal building located at 76 Irwin Holland, Ohio 43528 submitted by property owner James Parker

All people interested in or affected by said request will have the ­opportunity to be heard at this public hearing.
