The Spencer Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing on Thursday, October 22, 2026, at 7:00P.M. in the Spencer Township Meeting Room at 630 N. Meilke Road Holland, Ohio 43528 to hear the following request:

A conditional use request for outside storage of materials and equipment submitted by Michael R. Cappelletty for property at 10541 Industrial Holland Ohio.
