Notice is hereby given that in pursuance of Resolution 07082026-2a of the Board of Education of the Springfield Local School District, Lucas County, Ohio, passed on the 8th day of July, 2026, there will be submitted to a vote of the people of the Springfield Local School District at the GENERAL ELECTION to be held at the regular places of voting on Tuesday, the 3rd day of November, 2026, the following question:

Shall an annual income tax of one-half per centum (0.50%) on the earned income of individuals residing in the school district be imposed by the Springfield Local School District, for a five (5) year period of time, beginning January 1, 2027, for the purpose of current expenses?

The polls for the election will be open at 6:30 a.m. and remain open until 7:30 p.m. on Election Day.
