Notice is hereby given that in pursuance of Ordinance 114-2026 of the City Council of the City of Oregon, Lucas County, Ohio, passed on the 17th day of August, 2026, there will be submitted to a vote of the people of the City of Oregon at the GENERAL ELECTION to be held at the regular places of voting on Tuesday, the 3rd day of November, 2026, the question of adding Article XIII, Section 8 of the Charter of the City of Oregon to prohibit construction of data centers, as defined therein, having an aggregate monthly demand or peak load greater than 25 megawatts, and to provide that the Section is self-executing.

The polls for the election will be open at 6:30 a.m. and remain open until 7:30 p.m. on Election Day.
