Effective December 31st, 2026, UNITEDHEALTHCARE COMMUNITY PLAN OF OHIO, INC. will terminate its contract with the Centers for ­Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS).


UNITEDHEALTHCARE COMMUNITY PLAN OF OHIO, INC. won’t offer Medicare plans after December 31st, 2026. This means coverage through UNITEDHEALTHCARE COMMUNITY PLAN OF OHIO, INC. will end December 31st, 2026. UnitedHealthcare will continue to offer other Medicare Advantage plans in the state of Ohio.
